  • Project details, locations, and scheduling information

  • Audio, video, photographs, and aerial footage captured during services

  • Location data related to filming or drone operations

FAA Compliance & Drone Operations Data Disclosure:

To comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, certain flight and operational data may be collected, transmitted, or broadcast during on-location drone operations.
 

1. Remote Identification (Remote ID) Broadcasts:

During flight, the unmanned aircraft may transmit or broadcast the following information as required by federal law:

  • Drone identification number

  • Takeoff location

  • Real-time GPS location (latitude and longitude)

  • Altitude, speed, and heading

  • Battery status and signal strength

  • Compass, inertial measurement unit (IMU), and related telemetry data

Recipients of Remote ID data may include:

  • The FAA or the managing authority of the applicable airspace

  • Authorized third parties or members of the public equipped with compliant receivers or applications

  • Law enforcement or public safety agencies present on site, if equipped to receive such data
     

2. LAANC Airspace Authorization:

When operating in controlled airspace, authorization may be obtained through the FAA’s Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) system. Information submitted or transmitted in connection with LAANC authorization may include:

  • Geographic location or airspace grid

  • Maximum authorized altitude

  • Approved date and time window of operation

  • Authorization status or approval confirmation

This information is reported to the FAA directly or through approved service providers, as required.
 

3. Flight Tracking & Media Transmission:

Operational and tracking data associated with drone flights may be collected and retained for compliance, safety, and record-keeping purposes. Audio and visual media captured during operations are not transmitted live or remotely received unless expressly agreed to
in writing. To comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, certain flight and operational data
may be collected, transmitted, or broadcast during on-location drone operations.
 

4. Storage of Audio and Visual Media

All audio and visual recordings captured during drone or media operations are stored locally on secure hard drives and/or through encrypted cloud-based storage services, including Google Drive, for legitimate business, delivery, archival, and legal purposes.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

You acknowledge and agree that audio, visual, and audiovisual media may be captured during the course of SkyVocity Productions’ lawful operations and services. Any such media is collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy
and all applicable federal, state, and local privacy, aviation, and data protection regulations. SkyVocity Productions makes no
representations or warranties regarding data collection, retention, use, or dissemination conducted by third parties, including but
not limited to government agencies, aviation or airspace authorities, platform providers, or other authorized recipients.
SkyVocity Productions is not responsible or liable for the handling, use, storage, or disclosure of data or media by such third parties once it is lawfully obtained or transmitted to them.
 

You further acknowledge that audio and visual media may be stored or transmitted through third-party platforms or cloud-based
storage providers, including but not limited to Google Drive or similar services. SkyVocity Productions does not control, and is not responsible for, the privacy practices, security measures, or data handling procedures of such third-party service providers. Your continued presence at a filming location, participation in services, or use of SkyVocity Productions’ services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this Privacy Policy. No additional notice or consent is required to the extent permitted by
applicable law.
