Refund Policy

Refund, Cancellations:
Effective 01/28/2026

Payments, Cancellation, and Weather Policy:

All payments made for traveling media production services—including but not limited to videography, photography, aerial/drone operations, live production, and related creative services—are final and non-refundable within one (1) week (7 days) of the
scheduled service date, except as expressly stated below.

Weather, Safety, and Operational Limitations:

Media and drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, safety considerations, government regulations (including FAA rules), and other factors beyond the service provider’s control. The service provider and/or the Drone PIC (Pilot in Command) retains sole discretion to determine whether conditions are unsafe or non-operational for aerial or on-site production on
the scheduled service date. This determination is made exclusively by the service provider or Drone PIC and not by the client.

Payments & Rescheduling:

If a service cannot be rendered due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, regulatory airspace restrictions, FAA authorization
delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, payment will be applied as a credit toward a future booking date that is mutually agreed upon and subject to availability.

For services involving drone operations that require FAA airspace authorization, approval must be granted prior to the scheduled
service date. If authorization has not been approved by the scheduled date, payment will be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled service date.

Refunds:

If the FAA ultimately denies any required airspace authorization request, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds apply only in cases of official FAA denial and do not apply to pending authorizations, delays, or rescheduled services.

Force Majeure:

The service provider shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, government restrictions, airspace closures, equipment failure, illness,
or emergencies. In such cases, the client’s sole remedy shall be rescheduling subject to availability, except in cases of official FAA airspace authorization denial as outlined above.

Acceptance of Terms:

The client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid—including retainers, deposits, travel costs, production time, or deliverables
—are earned upon receipt and secure the scheduled service date(s), personnel, equipment, airspace planning, and all necessary logistical preparation. By booking services and submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed
to this Refund, Cancellation, and Weather Policy in its entirety.
